Most of the enhancements to CasePRO during the past six years have been developed in response to feedback and requests from our clients.

To further ensure that our development roadmap for CasePRO meets with the majority of our clients' expectations, we are asking you to provide us with feedback on how you would like to see your CasePRO improved.

Client referral programme

Software escrow

Software Escrow is an arrangement where a software owner (Advanced Software) agrees with its user (your company) to deposit the source code of a product (CasePRO) with an independent third party or 'escrow agent' (Software Escrow Services). This provides the security required by customers against unforeseen future events and guards against unauthorised access.

In certain circumstances, such as the owner's insolvency, the escrow agent releases the source code to the user. The user then has the right to use the source code to maintain and support its use of the product.

SMS text messaging

Stay in regular contact with your customers and/or introducers through automatic SMS messaging via CasePRO...

Louise Cuming, Head of Mortgages at moneysupermarket.com, says:

"We are using SMS Messaging to contact clients as part of our workflow process to request contact or to confirm key stages of the application process. As we are a telephone based operation our clients are more than happy to communicate via this method and we have found that 70-80% of responses from clients are from text messages sent via our workflow."

The minimum monthly charge for Outbound Messages is £40, including 200 free messages. Additional messages normally retail at £0.15p each.

Today, and until 31 May 2008, we are reducing the cost of additional messages from £0.15p to £0.075p. This price will remain in situ throughout the duration of your contract or until we are in a position to reduce message costs even further.
